The movie theater offers a wall to wall theater screen with 1080P High Definition Projection. Relax in the fully reclining plush leather theater seats (equipped with 6 full size theater chairs). With state of the art electronics and sound (over 6 high end speakers and subwoofer) you are in for an incredible movie experience. New releases can be instantly streamed either through Netflix or other provider of your choice or watch Blue Rays. Custom red dragon onyx columns and step for subtle background light to access upper level seating for friends or family appearing late to the showing of your favorite movie!

Indoor and Outdoor Dining:

Indoor kitchen is a fully equipped chefs kitchen with stainless double range, cooktop, spacious island, and all of the expected amenities. The uniqueness of this kitchen is in its materials with mango wood countertops and African mahogany cabinets, the environment gives the feeling of warmth and comfort that is Hawaii.

The outdoor kitchen offers outdoor barbeque and affords breathtaking views. The outdoor kitchen also is equipped with a covered outdoor dining area with table and chairs, granite counters, sink, stone floors outdoor speakers and lighting and access through 8 ft French doors.

Pool, Jacuzzi, Spa and Massage:

The pool measures over 160 perimeter feet and includes pool slide. This saline pool is easy on your nose and eyes and offers silky soft water. It is powered by fiber optic lighting to create some incredible light effects in the evening with both pool and perimeter lighting that dance through various iridescent shades. All equipment is computerized with Pentair Intellitouch and pool pump includes variable speed pump to keep energy use to the absolute minimum. The pool has a high end solar hot water system and plumbed pool slide for the kids. There are also two jacuzzi tubs in the bathroom suites for the very best in hydrotherapy and relaxation. Professional massage table onsite for those looking for at home therapy treatments. The deck offers outdoor seating and is terraced between an upper and lower level. A life size statue of Poseidon reins over the lower level in cast stone and bronze marine animals such as dolphins, turtles and manatees preside over the pool. The pool is also fully permitted.

Internet and Phone:

House has commercial or business grade internet as well as wi-fi throughout. This protects against interruptions and ensure the fastest connection speeds available.

Grounds:

The grounds are a combination of lush tropical jungle and manicured landscape. The property boasts its own bamboo grove, some shoots of which are over 50 ft in height. Depending on the time of year and season, the property offers incredible organic fruits from its own orchard grove and from the various fruit trees that dot the grounds. These include orange, grapefruit, jackfruit, star fruit, lychee, banana, and many others. One can help themselves and partake of mother nature's bounty. In Nov-Jan one pick of the starfruit which bloom in the hundred in the mature tree on the grounds. In addition, tenants can enjoy the vast number of native plants and exotic flowers. Palm trees, Norfolk Pine, and 80 foot Evergreens circumscribe the property.

Gazebo

Standing above the property, the gazebo is magical escape, perfect for socializing with friends, massage therapy work or meditation. The Gazebo is positioned on the top of a ridge with expansive views. What makes it completely unique, is that it is about 10 feet above the ground built into a circle of approximately 50 foot manila palms. Originally planted this way to serve as a focal point for meditation or as an energy center, there are another 3 triangular palms that run through the structure itself – in through the floor and out through the ceiling - that encircle it. Equipped plush furniture and fire pit this structure is totally screened in and is truly unique piece of architecture. Even this structure is fully permitted with Maui County.
